Short Description: Maagnetometer mounting plate

Today was dedicated to fabricating a mounting plate for the magnetometer. The decision to rivet it in place may be regretted if it ever has to be removed but the mounting job is much easier and pretty much determined by me not wanting or willing to install an access cover. If it does have to be removed, only four rivets will have to be drilled out and, if needed at that time, an access plate can be added.
