Short Description: Forward under belly skins
|
A fair bit of time in the garage today since the puppy arrived this has been a rarity! Fitted all he bottom skins. Drilled them to size, countersunk crossmembers, deburred and then dimpled the skins according to the plans. Also removed the gear legs and deburred all the holes.
Looks like I will need to have a paint session to get the gear legs, attach points and skins ready to go. Bought Alodine as a prep agent this time so will read up on using this as a bonding surface after scotch brite and degreasing.
