Short Description: Enlarge Step Bolt Access Holes

Decided to remove all clecos in baggage floor and enlarge the step bolt access holes.
Although not specified in the plans, enlarging this hole now could save much frustration later, if issue occur and the bolt needs to be accessed. I determined that 5/8" was more than adequate for a 3/8" socket to pass through, and commercially available plugs are a perfect fit.
Enlarged holes in floor and bottom skin to 5/8" using unibit.
Debur holes.
Holes will be plugged with 5/8" nylon finishing plugs.
