Trimmed 1/8" off aft end of top cowl...fit still tight. Mark front of top cowl to cut off flange...cut off flange and sand to true up. Need to epoxy flange to inside of cowl cut out.
Was going to pull parking brake off and by-pass. Tightened all fittings and operating parking brake cable full aft and that seems to work. Will leave in for now and re-bleed brakes. If problem persists...will pull Matco parking brake and bypass it.
