Brief Description:  fix pitch servo wiring; test brakes & misc

prep to jack to test brakes...Mike helped me determine that both brakes are working correctly

adel clamp to brake line in rear foot well; add tygon tubing for further protection

super-fill to pin holes in flap bodywork - hopefully last pass

begin troubleshooting elev pitch trim not displaying issue; visually checked pin insertion in two molex's at elev and aft fuselage. Figured likely problem area was one of the molex's as the 26 guage wire was hard to crimp in the pins correctly. Decided to rewire elev trim molex that is in far aft of fuselage. Still no joy. Then pulled servo out and noticed shrink wrap around the 5 trim wires coming out of the servo case were brusied...pulled shrink wrap off....slight nicks in two trim wires. Took apart and re-insulated. Also ground hole in front of case for the wires to come out rather than the side method that damaged them. Re-install and test... now indicates correctly.

Attempted to begin calibrating fuel tanks. Could not find the right AFS set up page and both my manuals and PC were at home. Defer to next session.

Grind slot in right rear armrest for right front inertia seat belts

start installing o/h console panels

Jen, MIke, Will and Cameron visting for about an hour today. The boys were very inquisitive...it was fun for all! Mike helped me test both side brakes...ready for taxi.
