Brief Description: reinstall ELT and test

reassemble reworked head to new battery including O ring power must be off...at top of hour moved main ELT switch to "arrmed"; got test cyle signal and one beep WITH POWER STILL OFF.... pressed test button on panel...got 1 second signal sweep and a single beep and a light flash. All good left GPS cable unplugged for now...will plug in after test flight. Not sure if anything in there caused the issue with the ELT and/or the ADI. Manual suggets that power (master) must be off to test ELT Will verify that.

ELT reinstalled

resecure all wires
