Brief Description: troubleshoot ADI

Took some doing but pulled ADI to test. Have 26 volts to pins 1-9...correct. Gauge "twitches" if I cylce on/off, but does not fully erect and the indicator lights do not come on in any manner...did at one time. TT has a 3 year warranty; inspection tag at TT is 11/17/09. Panel received by me 4/10. Either way, seems within warranty period. Will contact them and see what they will do.
