Prob just should have put in a manual SPDT toggle switch in the overhead, but I have this whiz bang Vertical Power system...should be abvle to do it.
Airkit LLC is the manufacturer, and they have the positive going to the red wire, them switch ground to either the red or the whilte LED. Wanted to be able to switch red to white from the VP. So ran another set of wires. VP switches the positive side so I decided to reverse the wiring drawing and switch the positive. No go after alot of re-wiring effort. Failed to consider that LEDs flow the current in one direction only and reversing the drawing blocked the current. Checked the VP device set up to see if I could reverse...no. Going to E-mail Marc at VP and see what he suggests. Backup plan is to just throw a SPDT switch and wire per mfg. plan
