Trimmed aft side of VS at rudder horn...rudder now turns freely with good gap.
With the rods already connected to the rudder hinge (washers, nuts tightened and all), I could not get bellcrank to drop in previous holes. Rods seemed too long. Tried adjusting them in...got closer, but I was out of rod end thread. So, I took the whole thing apart and shortened up the rods. Not sure how I ended up with this problem, but I did. Might of had something to do with using 3A bolts for the rudder alignment (for ease of bolt insertion) and final installing the 4As.
Need longer rudder stop bolts (left side). Look to be 1 1/4"; going to order some 1 1/2 and 1 3/4" SS AN5 bolts
