Brief Description: check hardware all elev rod ends; set jam nuts
Research proper hardware and washer locations and count for all elevator rod end connections as they have been off and on a lot. Add washers and change bolt lengths where necessary. Set all jam nuts. Marked all completed connections with torque seal after torquing to 25 pounds/inch for AN3 bolts and 60 pounds/inch for the AN4 bolts.
Adjust rod ends at control sticks for proper "looseness" when the ailerons are fully deflected (paae 8.17 of new manual).
Discovered I bent one of the rod ends to the roll servo attached to the aileron tubes... probably in trying to adjust things. Straightend bent threaded portion and ran 10-32 fine die over it. Seems OK...may replace anyway... see next entry.
