Brief Description:  add 2 BID to bottom HS to fuselage joint

add 2 BID to underside of HS to fuselage joint; used 1 1/4" PVC pipe to make fillet.

Had to grind down excess edge of HS cradle to accpet the 1 1/4" diameter fillet. Used cone shaped perma-grit bit.
