Tested per Precise Flight instructions including retraction by pulling CB. They really snap back down at loss of power!
Re-installed the rest of the interior and seats
Still need to place provided placards for switch/light, CB and at each SB pocket. Forgot!
Trimmed drain tubes flush with bottom of each wing.
In troubleshooting and final testing, I determined that I tapped power for the speed brake 3A CB from a buss tied to the avionics master. So, avionics master switch needs to be ON for SBs to work
