Ready to fly.
Pitot test very good (<1 knot in a minute- actually holding); put it all back together. Never could get a good test through the probe. Also, AOA line must be plugged for this test. Tested pitot system to coupling in wing tip. Garmin manual says "some" probes won't "pass test". Leak in excess of 250K is "OK". We'll see. Section 5.5.5 of installation manual. AC43-13 says 10 k in a minute unless mfg. documentation says otherwise; hence 5.5.5 I think. Jason concurs.
Static system retest... real good.. <10' in 1 minute (allowed 100'). Culprit for both pitot and static must have be the connections at AP tray. Backup airspeed is still off loop. Will fly first and if OK will put it back in and test again
Pin 50 of P5001 in G530 BENT. Carefully straightened out....pulled outside and booted all up. No error messages on G3X or G530.
Re-installed GTX45R and tray back in (PITA) and put seats back in.
