Brief Description: Voltage Reg #2; add SB1B-28, pull LS-1

With change from VP to G3X needed to install a different B&C standby voltage regulator. SB1B-28 for the LS1 removed. Added ribbed rivnuts vs bolt/nut combo (through firrewall) for ease in future maintenance. Will probably add rivnuts for VR #1 before panel gets reinstalled.
