Phil followed me down the road. 18 Minutes to get to the bottom of my 3/4 mile stone road.. 4 WD low. About 30 miles to the airport...did 40-50 MPH most of the way... total time about 1 1/4 hours. Couple scrapes on lower HS horn. Will have a little bit of body work to do on the undeside of the HS horn.
Gary Bernardi and Wayne Laughner, 2 pilot buddies, met me at the airport and we engineered and got fuselage off trailer and into hangar. I unloaded the boxes and headed back to the cabin. About 2 hours there.
