cut small door retaining tabs with dremel and diamond blade, drill pilot holes for skybolts, pry/pop released taped door off, trim flange, rivit skybolts in with -5 1/8" hard 100 degree counter sunk rivets.
Still need to grind/sand door to square and then apply micro and a kerf around the edge.
