Brief Description:  cover interior panels

I ordered a roll of fabric for Oregon Aero when they did my seats years ago; to match the blue fabric inserts in my seats. Also ordered grey leather which I will use on the headliner.

Used Loctite spray adhesive, high tack, medium strength. Sprayed both surfaces to be mated. Foam and panel, as well as fabric to foam. Used 1/4" upholstery foam I sourced online.

Turned out pretty well. After cutting, and while pulling tight, this particular fabric wanted to shread a bit. Not a quality issue, just the nature of the fabric weave.

Still debating whether to apply the soundproofing to the inside surface of the panels. Weight versus sound reduction/heat.

Oh, BTW, plane is down at Airframes Inc, Brad Simmons, getting final professional bodywork and paint. Been there a month, with no expectation date and no firm price! Brad is a good guy with an excellent reputation. Does wonderful work.

Two of the pics are cloudy.... camera was outside in ny 18F car and it was 72 in the cabin.
