I pulled the VP switch panel out to give me room to fabricate and install the front avionics rails. Didn't think about the clearance for the 15 pin d sub cable. Had slid the dimmer control as far back as I good so that I could get the XM weather unit in and out. I can get the cable on but it is laying on the dimmer cooling fins... afraid it may get hot. Will see if I can find a 90 degree adapter although probably will work OK as is.
