Brief Description: ended up using the hinges from VS
sometimes avoiding the obvious makes for extra work and bad solutions Fought against pulling off the hinges fomr VS to use on workbench. Ended up doing exactly that...much easier, no big deal. Put hinges back on when done with the balanicng and retorqued to 25 pounds/inch Added 535 grams of lead to balance. Slightly overbalanced .. manuals say 1/4" and 1/2". I am around 1". Figured it was easier to drill out some weight later, than to try to add it. There will be weight of flox, primer, paint to come.
