Brief Description: add rivnuts and install lower rudder hinge
rivet squeezer would not clear rudder spar; decided to use 10-32 rivnuts. Drilled 1/4" hole to accept. Will torque bolts (AN3-5A) and apply torque seal to aid in continuing inspection of this area. Torqued to 25 pounds/inch
