Doesn't seem like this should take 3.25 hours but it did. Spent a lot of time trying to reconcile the new manual, with the old manual with the parts list. Finally did my own thing .... it is only a trim tab
8-32 vs 6-32 numbers of nutplates type and size of rivits needed
Manual definately lacking ...has not been updated.
