Brief Description: rudder travel set up

check rudder travel; only about 25 degrees on right side...s/b 30. Had to open up middle and upper hinge access holes as they were binding on the hinge at full travel. Also had to fiddle with length of both rods trying to strike a happy balance between the sides. 30 degrees both sides now at full deflection
