fit to strut; open up opening; open up further to allow clearance for fork and boltd; no air hole needed...air chuck will fit; fabricate phenolic spacers (2 at 1/4" each, for each side); fabricate cardboard template for aft nose pant bulkhead; cut bulkhead from pre-preg prep, bond and micro clean out epoxy pump...resin side all clogged up
open up tire opening; open further to get clearance for fork bolts
