I wrestled with this before. Many trade-offs on the cowl alignment...thought I had it worked out. As I drilled the cowl/fuselage holes, and drew the cowling down nicely with clecos, the whole thing shifted. Of course I didn't know that at the tine, Alignment of the cowl at the fuse, the horizontal seams, and at both the inside and outside of the inlets is good. Will likley just fair this out with micro and/or superfill. Might need some micro the bring out bottom of spinner flange to 3/16" (about 1/16" needed)
