Brief Description: 6 BID flange for folding seat back
do a 6 BID release to fabricate flange for hinge attachment. Bonded to aft seat bottom; released to seat back. cut 28" hinge which will be rivited to flange and screwed to back with nutplates. Aft seat will fold forward. Decided to not split seat bottom at this time. Manual says to, but I don't think that is necessary. Will split later if needed.
