Brief Description: alternate method for seat release
Kit provides cable, nico press fittings and thimbles to interconnect right side latching mechanism, with the handle, to left side.
The manual actually states that this is an acceptable alternate, and it seems like it should work fine. The manual says to grind off the locking tabs on the left slider to accomplish this. I am not sooooo sure, so I just used the existing spring to hold the left latch in the non-engaged position. Can go back to the 2 locking tab set up if needed, might need to replace a sprung spring at that time.
