Brief Description: figure out manuals and plan fo attack
The 2 manuals are inconsistent, again....one has you decoring the fuse with no reference to a phenolic, the other (old) has refernce to phenolic, but it is set on top of fuselage. Went with current manual (2005) and decored to accept phenolic. Will add the bolts after the 16 BID is added over top of the phenolic. Was able to come up with a pan after reviewing BOTH manuals. I pity the ESP guys.
