In hindsight it appears that the aileron torque tube should have been fitted to supports before bonding in. The manual, while unclear, reads like you install the tube after bonding...that won't work. Will modify tomorrow...probably grind a channel in bulkhead support to feed aileron tube in. Top portion of bulkhead support will need to be opened up to feed the elevator push rods through anyway
