Lots of fit, measure, and trim. Had door frame out about 8-10 times, fit, cut, fit , cut..... Trimmed door frame and fuselage as needed. Then added door and set 3 toggle screws around frame plus 2 at top hinges. Worked that for a while...fit is pretty good. Will need some micro in several places to smooth transitions. Taped up faces of door and frame that should not get any epoxy; shimmed 4 places as needed; added 3 spacers to ensure proper dor seal gap
