Brief Description: thread rudder stop bolt; fool with GPS
Picked up a longer SS 5/16" bolt at Lowes for the rudder stop. Long enough but grip length was too long. Used 5/16 NC die to cut threads all the way to the head. SS is tought shit! Came out reall nice. Installed in rudder bellcrank and adjusted rudder travel. Should be good..might need some minor tweaking with final rigging.
Tightened both jam nuts.
Still need to safety rudder cable turnbuckles...waiting to the end and hopefully only have to do it once.
