Brief Description: modify caulk gun to apply silicone
ground down caulk gun plunger in prep to shoot silicone bead for deal seal install
After all that, it turns out the silicone had mostly hardened while in storage. Kit delivered 12/07, tube was unopened but had been stored in the garage...min. temp 40 degrees. No telling how long Lancair had it first. Had purchased 4 small tubes of LIquid Nails silicone adhesive at Lowe's as a back up. Used that instead. Worked fine.
