Used 3M fine line paint masking tape, then a layer of orange 3M electrical tape, then a blue layer of the same, then a 2" wide pass of masking tape. Left about a 3/16-1/4" gap that was sanded and/or ground to rough up. Would skip the fine line tape if I did it again. The electrical tape worked great.
Used super-fill to make a smooth fillet around all windows.
Masking took a long time but I think the finished result will look great and require minimal extra effort to clean up.
Ground off huge excess hysol squeeze out on top of windshield. Should have paid better attention to making fillets when we bonded the windows in out in Redmond. Adam never said anything......
