set ailerons to neutral... need to get to 20 degree deflection. Used Smart Level.....set stops to 22 degrees...that will give 20 degrees plus the .06 gap and room for hysol/flox.
Hysol'ed plate to phenolic first...let cure a bit, then hysol/floxed that assembly to fuse wall....secure with one cleco each side
