Brief Description: install clips to hold tow bar

found these rubberized spring clips at ACE Hardware...about $3/pair. Good to 1 1/8" tube. Main shaft is about 1 5/8". Have some larger spring clips that I will add to the bottom end if needed. Seems very secure right now. Put a velcro pad under the bolts at the lower end.
