Make templates for side panels from a large piece of cardboard. Was able to use each template on each side; just flipping them over. Many iterations to get them to fit up nice. Trace out patterns on 1/8" 1 BID foam. Had nesting issues.....could not get pieces to fit without cutting off about 8" from each piece.
I think Lancair shorted me... part number is 1050A 38-86. I think the 38-86 is a measurement. The sheet of foam I had was 38"X78"... 8"... just the amount I was short. Will BID the cut pieces together...should be OK, just a lot of extra work and frustration. BS.
Cut out all side panel pieces. Release tape armrests. Will do 2 BID corner over the arm rest tomorrow.
