Brief Description: file shoulders down on cable nuts
Decided to file the shoulders of the cable nuts down rather then grinding the lever down. Marked in blue sharpie first, then hand filed and fitted until there was enough clearance for the cotter pin.
Did the cable nuts for both the heat-defrost mix valve and also the heat on/off valve. Worked out well.
