What a major pain. Instructions are awful to non-existent, parts are short, just doesn't work. Total re-engineering and making parts as needed. This whole heater thing seems like an after thought on Lancair's part....not in old OR new manual. Just 4 separate sheets with bad drawings and very little guidance.
Still not happy with connection of inside valve through firewall to external valve. Hose clamp (in pic #2) just doesn't seem to hold it as securely as I like. May install blind rivits tomorrow.
