Brief Description: turn threads on perma-grit countersink
Gary B suggested that I turn threads on the smooth shaft of the perma-grit 100 degree countersink. I had looked at several tool vendors at OSH to find a c/s for composite that would work in my Avery micro stop. Found none...was told I could use a carbide metal c/s (sold threaded)
Judging by the number of nutplates in my parts drawers...I have lots to do, so rigging the c/s to work the cage made sense.

had to clamp the c/s in vise grips and the vise grips to the vise
