Well, my ES kit was finally picked up at the Lancair shop today by Partain Transportation. This is almost a month to the day from the original date that Partain gave me. While folks, especially the RV crowd, rave about Partain and the individualized shipping attention, his communication and scheduling skills are lacking. Delays happen, but that should be communicated with the builder. Got a call from the driver (Chris Busch) on Monday, 1/28/08. He has the kit loaded along with Vic Abbey's propjet that is going to GA first. He was delaying a day or two for weather. That is good communication ... refreshing. So, with any luck, the kit should be in PA sometime the week of 2/4.
