Sand with 80 grit, vacuum, and wiped thoroughy with acetone
new Hysol is grey (9394... will check that number), not blue like the old; Used a whole quart kit...had 5-10% left over as waste. Makes about .75 quart by volume. Didn't want to be short. Added flow to final mix. Got good squeeze out from cradle. Probably .4" thick on left side...at widest gap.
Kept checking incidence and level after application and while cure started. 90 minute pot life. I was pretty well set after an hour. Six hours later it is pretty firm but not quite hard
