Move up limit switch all the way forward; extend flap rod with SS stand offs from McMaster-Carr; 2" stand=offs were 3/16"....drill and tapped out to 1/4-28; cut down by .9" - length good..left side. Extend wire for limit switch,
Used 1" stub trimmed off and tappped it out to 1/4-28; cut length of 1/4-28 threaded rod to extend right side. Hole to hole is about 9"....some fine tuning after rod was installed.
Opened up slot in TE of wings to allow clearance for flap rod and hardware
Travel good.... flaps are even with aileron in full up position; adjusted down limit switch to get 40 degrees down
