Not sure what the problem was but had a lot of trouble re-installing the fuel drain on the right side after the sloshing exercise from yesterday. Went slow as I did not want to screw this up!!
Made several attempts to no avail. Cleaned up the drain real good and ran a 1/8 NPT die carefully over it and then ran the 1/8 NPT tap into the wing. all seemed to feed well. Lubed up drain with Loctite 592 again and seated it and snugged down. All seems good.
Torqued main spar bolts to 60 #/feet; had to make 2 washers to ensure enough threads.
