Thinking more about left wing heavy and use of rudder and ailreon trim....decided to relook at aileron and flap alignment. assuming flaps are full up and even (and they look that way) looked at ailerons. left aileron was about .15" low to flap. That is consistent to the need for lots of up aileron trim. Lengthened final 1/2" push rod by 1 turn and put bellcrank back together. Brought alignment up to mid point of flap.
Wing tips have a slight bow/dip at the aft end which makes them a bad place to check alignment. Working all alignment off of full up flaps.
Backed off rudder trim to neutral and lowered aileron tab by about 1/2. Will test fly and adjsut/modify as necessary
