Last flight was my ADSB test flight #3. First 2 had some areas of 100% fail. We had determined that the GNS530W GPS (versus the "main" SW) software had never been upgraded to the version that supports ADSB out. Jason sent me the card and I updated it a few weeks ago.
This flight had some red fail boxes. 3 areas had a fail of 11 seconds during a 1:03 hour flight. Jason wanted me to go fly again and stay more in the radar service area around KCXY. I decided to e-mail the FAA for a "PAPR Review" before doing that. FAA actually suggests this on the report they routinely send.
Received a quick response via e-mail for FAA. System fine.
