Wow, the baffles I made were a home run. I even trimmed them so well that both 5 and 6 were identical in temps. So now at this point my goal is to get each bank of cylinders identical and then balancing them left and right by choking down the intake on one side or the other. It's definitely possible to get all 6 to run evenly. After balancing them out, I will also be making an intake plug that will choke down the intakes even further for winter ops. The one thing that was clearly noticeable was the smoothness of the engine. Of course this makes sense. Each cylinder makes a specific amount of power based on its running temp so balancing them only creates a smoother running more balanced engine operation. More to come :)
