So to re-install the sump glass, I needed a way to quickly put it perfectly back in place and layup 3 plies glass over the joint without worry of misalignment during cure or God forbid another leak developing. I came up with the idea of adding a thin 1 ply layer of Carbon that will extend out 1/4" beyond the cut line that I can use to "superglue" the piece into position. I should be able to have this back on and glass curing sometime tomorrow. And I'll be having a beer when fuel stays where it should...
