Mounted the pumps to fuselage using LP4-3 pulled rivets. Trial fitted the pump to the mount. I did not like they way that I had made the pump bracket, pump mount and the cover combination. It required me to bolt the pump bracket to the pump mount then attach the cover to the pump bracket in a space limited area. There was no access to the Phillips head screws on the bottom of the bracket. It just was not workable either for installation or as an easily maintainable solution. Finally, the pump mounting bolts could not be turned because the flat butted up against the cover.
As a solution, I removed the portion of the cover adjacent to the pump mounting bolts. This allowed me to first mount the cover to the pump bracket then attach the assembly to the pump mounting brachet that I had riveted to the fuselage. To remove the entire assembly now only requires the removal of four AN3-5A bolts.
