Brief Description: Put miniature d-sub connector on the roll trim cab
Put miniature d-sub connector on the roll trim cable.
This required the removal of the metal case around the male receptor. Tack soldered the case halves together. The 26 ga wires were stripped and the ends were doubled over and inserted into the male d-sub pins and crimped using the DMC crimper. Finally, E-6000 was applied to the exiting wires to provide support and prevent damage to the wires from movement and vibration.
Shrink wrap tube was placed on the trim servo wires for added protection of the wires but not shrunk.
