Brief Description: Trimmed the Aft Deck and Aft Elevator Stop
Trimmed the Aft Deck and Aft Elevator Stop trying to get an up elevator limit between 25-30 degrees. In reality, my trimming mostly involved trimming away a good portion of the aft portion of Aft Deck opening. It was then that I noticed that the elevator horns were hitting the aft bulkhead at only 24-25 degrees. The instructions don't say weither to measure the elevator deflections from the chord line while the elevator is in the neutral position or whether the degrees are absolute degrees of movement. This seems to show that the measurements are made from the neutral position. I'll confirm this with Van's tomorrow.
