Brief Description: Fabricated and fit new F-811D forward stop
Fabricated and fit new F-811D forward elevator stop. The original stop was too short and allowed too much down elevator. With this stop, I got a down deflection of 22.5 degrees, well within the 20-25 degrees limit.
Removed material from the F-811E bulkhead to insure that the elevator pushrod never hits it again. The picture shows the closest point of approach.
